PRIVATE THERAPY SERVICES
In a sound relaxation session at Heartwell House, you will be guided through gentle stretches, relaxing breathing techniques, and learn helpful tools for reducing stress. This will be followed by getting comfortable and soaking in the sounds of crystal singing bowls and other soothing instruments. The Nepalese singing bowls can help reduce stress hormones and assist with inner healing. This practice can be deeply nourishing to your nervous system and is highly encouraged to try out!
