Arc of Sound // New Moon

Service Description

Celebrate the start of the lunar cycle with The Arc of Sound. This powerful sound-immersion evokes self-reflection where participants commonly report gaining life changing insights, cultivating more stillness in relationship to stress, regaining of personal power, and deepening mindfulness. Participants will be carefully transported through a multi-sensory music-scape ranging from the soft and nurturing tones to the culmination of intense peak levels of sound created with an ensemble of over 6 hand forged gongs. Each 90-minute program begins with a brief custom yoga sequence (accessible to everyone) to stimulate blood and lymph flow, increase lung capacity, and settle the nervous system,  before the group reclines in a candle lit, soothing atmosphere.
